Terms and Conditions of Participation

Conditions and Criteria for Conference Participation

1. The topic of participation must be relevant to one of the objectives and themes of the Conference.
2. The participation must meet the criteria and rules of the scientific research methodology and contribute to the enrichment of concepts and practices related to national identity
3. The researcher must submit his / her participation to accurate linguistic review
4. The participation must be peer reviewed
5. The paper must not be published or submitted to be published for any other body
6. Papers shall be available in Arabic, and the abstract shall be in both Arabic and English.
7. The name of the researcher, his/her academic degree, employer, address and e-mail must be written on the paper.
8. The researcher shall send his/her CV along with the participation on the conference website
9. The researcher shall submit his/her participation on the conference website in two formats (Word) and (pdf)
10. The researcher undertakes not to object to publication of the research in a special book for the conference

Specifications to be Provided in Participation:

1. The number of research pages, including figures, drawings and appendices, shall not exceed 25 pages
2. 2. The participation must include an abstract of about 250 words including introduction, problem, objectives, significance, terminologies, procedures and tools, the most important findings and recommendations, and may include tables, drawings and illustrations
3. Printing the participation using the MS-Word program, and the font shall be (Simplified Arabic), size (14)
4. The headings must be in Bold, size (16)
5. Sub-headings must be in a font size of (14) with indentation
6. The pages must be numbered at the bottom of the page in the middle
7. The margin measurement must be 2.5 cm from all directions, with page numbering starting from the abstract page
8. Documentation of references must be according to the APA method

General Information and Important Dates

• All papers accepted in the Conference will be published in a special issue of the peer-reviewed scientific journal at Shaqra University.
• Participations can be individual, or joined
• Participations shall be sent on the specified date on the conference website
• The deadline for acceptance of research participations is on 15/12/1440 AH, corresponding to 16/08/2019 AD
• Announcement of accepted scientific participations will be on 30/01/1441 AH, corresponding to 29/09/2019 AD
• The conference will be held at the headquarters of the University in the city of Shaqra
